Is this natural?
『この漢字の読み方知っていることがありますか?』
英語でそれが『Do you know how to read this kanji?』

『この漢字の読み方知っていることがありますか?』is not natural. 『この漢字の読み方を知っていますか？』 is more natural.
But, I prefer to say 『この漢字の読み方を教えてください』, means 『please teach me how to read this kanji』.
