Can you help me translate this sentence?
"궁상 맞기가 하늘을 찌르네!"
I saw this sentence but I don't know what it means. Can someone help me translate into English? Thanks a lot!

궁상맞다 means look poor.
I think someone's behavior or appearance was miserable.
And it was too bad, so the sentence mentioned it is almost to pick the sky.
