Yes, it's correct because the first 나 is "I," and the second is "or," differnet words.
If someone's name is 나나, then this is also can be said:
"나나나 나나 다를 바 없어요." (나나 and I are not different.)
Oh, plus, the expression "A나 B나" of the sentence right above means "both A and B."
