What's the difference? I have an early start tomorrow. I have to get up early tomorrow. What's the difference? Thanks a lot.

They can be the same. However I would usually use 'have an early start' to refer to what time I have to start work. Getting up refers to when you have to get out of bed. You might have to get up early for something else, such as dropping someone off at the airport...
