What does the meaning of 'napped for 10 minutes'
Is that meaning I napped during 10 minutes or I fall a sleep within 10 minutes?
I want to know the meaning specifically.

to nap or take a nap means to have a short sleep. I napped for ten minutes, or I took a ten minute nap, means you slept for ten minutes.

It means that the duration of the nap was 10 minutes.
Example : "I fell asleep at 2:00 and woke up at 2:10. I napped for 10 minutes."
