Actually, there lies a difference between the two. In the first interrogative sentence, the focus is on the type of book i.e. the genre, whereas in the second one, the question places stress on the book's title.

The first sentence is colloquial, the second one is grammatically correct.

it is same.if you want to say that it is not have Difference.
