I got to take a whiz Hi, I just heard this when the person wants to pee in the washroom after being on hold as much as he can. How can I interpret this and use it as an expressions in normal conversations? Thank you as always!

In BrE it's quite normal to say 'I've got to/I need to spend a penny'. The saying comes from years ago when in public toilets you had to put a penny in a coin slot to get access, nowadays I think it's 20 pence or more.

It's something a man (not usually a woman) would say: "I gotta take a whiz." It is "got to" but Americans say it: "gotta." Another common expressions men might use to describe the need to pee: piss. It would be WEIRD if a woman said it. "Pee" is okay for women, but we often say something like "I really need to go!" making it clear we need to go the toilet, although Americans often say bathroom (even if there is no bath in the room!) or restroom (and we don't normally rest there either!) I hope that helps. :-)
