Help me
Come up and happen are interchangeable? Could you please explain to me the difference between them, for example, 1, i will let you know if anything comes up, 2, i will let you know if anything happens, these two sentences mean exactly the same thing?

Hi Allen Chen,
They're not exactly the same. "I'll let you know if something comes up" in this context means I'll tell you if I get some new information or there's a change. "I'll let you know if something happens" means I'll tell if something occurs or if something gets done. The first is about information, the second about an event.
Hope this helps!
