What is the meaning of "adheeb" ?

There is no such a word in Arabic. You may refer to "هذيب" which is rarely used, at least in me region; I've never heard it before. The original name هذب (ha dha ba) means clear and pure (not a common word). هذيب is derived from it. The word of this form is an Exaggeration Form in Arabic indicating a subject who has a lot of this character or do this a lot.
So if the verb is أكل (to eat), then the exaggerated form is أكيل meaning someone who eats a lot. Using this analogy, هذيب derived from هذب would mean someone who is very clear, pure and of good morals.

1- I prefer, in general, to ask about a word in a context. There are many suggestions for that word. If it is أديب then it means, in MSA, writer and means, in classical Arabic, a person with good manners. The word مهذَّب gives the same meaning (with good manners).
2- The word هذيب is not Arabic.
3- The word you ask about may be أذيب (Odheeb). In this case it is a verb and it means: I melt.
