How do you feel? という質問は結構普通です。一般的に様子につして聞きたいとき使います。体も心のことです。例えば： ヨガの後で： A: How do you feel? B: I feel great and as light as a feather! What do you feel? だったら、これは体のことを聞く時によく使います。例えば： A: I think there is something wrong with my shoulder. B: Really? What do you feel? A: I feel a kind of stiffness; not really an ache, but I can't move it that well. この場合は、物理的(Is this the right word? I want to say "physical";　心理的の反対；五感で経験すること) なことだから、What do you feel?と聞いたら、正しいと思います。 How do you feel, now?の場合はある経験の後で、反省させるような質問です。例えば： 友達が恋人の別れで悲しかった。自分はまだそんな情報について知らない。数週間後、平気みたいです。 A: Hi, B! It's a been a while. How is C doing? B: Oh, we broke up weeks ago. A: Ah, I'm sorry. I didn't know. B: Yeah, it was difficult and quite emotional, but it was for the best. A: I see. How do you feel, now?
