Help with "이번에는 카페에 관해서 이야기할게요"
Can I get an explanation of “이번에는 카페에 관해서 이야기할게요” – “This time, I’ll talk about coffee shops”. Why the “서” after “관해” – isn’t “서” a causative particle? A서 B -> B because of A. The “coffee shop this time” is not causing the talking?? And what is the purpose of the “에” after “카페”? Is that implying the talk is about being *at* a coffee shop? Wouldn’t that location particle normally suggest that the talking is happening at the coffee shop?
Thanks for any guidance,
John.
