i think 马凯拉 is nice.haha... 马克拉，马卡拉is good also...haha..you can choice ....

Hello Makayla, It would be : 马克拉 Ma3ke4la1 where Ma3 is a Chinese Surname already or means also Horse. ke4la1 is the carat as a mass. Together they won't have a meaning but this is according to the phonetic resemblance.
