ciao. puoi dire "fa bel tempo" oppure "il tempo è bello"

"Il tempo fa bello" è sbagliato.
Puoi dire "fa bel tempo", ma non è neanche molto frequente..
Sicuramente "c'è bel tempo" è più corretto.. puoi anche dire "c'è bello"
Es: C'è bello fuori.. perchè non andiamo in bici?
Oppure come esclamazione puoi dire: "che bel tempo che c'è!"
