How to use "Boş ver!"
does it mean "Don't mind" and "who cares"?? I don't know what kind situation we can use this phrase

A: Dolmuşu yine kaçırdın! (You are late for the bus again.) - B: Boş ver, zaten bugünkü ders öğleden sonra. (Don't mind it, today's class is in the afternoon.)

Yes, it means kind of "don't mind it", "skip it", "pay no attention to it", "don't dwell on this"
You can use it in such a conversation, for instance;
A: Dün erkek arkadaşımdan ayrıldım (I split up with my boyfriend yesterday)
B: Boş ver. Aldırma (Skip it, don't pay much attention to it, -cheer up-)
