What is the difference between to do and doing?

Hi, do you mean the conjugated form of the verb "to do"? Or the infinitive?
"To do" in the present or past tense means to complete some task or action. For example:
I do my homework at 5pm every day.
"Doing" on the other hand means the task or action is being completed right now. For example:
I am doing my homework.
