No difference :) It's like saying "Put the dishes away" or "Put away the dishes." They mean the same thing and it comes down to preference. Fortunately in English either is correct.

There is no difference. Some phrasal verbs, such as 'put aside', can be separated.

There seems to be no difference in meaning (at least according to this native speaker!). It is simply a matter of a difference in rhythm of the language due to the word order.
