What is the difference between study and learn?
Is there no difference?

There is a difference. You can study and end up not learning anything. You can also study and end up learning a lot. When one studies, their goal is to learn something.
I am studying = I am trying to learn
I am learning = I am understanding
Example:
I have spent three hours studying linear algebra and haven't learned anything.
