"ni de tou" means your head, "ni ge tou" is a colloquial expression which has a negative or opposite meaning.
For instance, "hao ni ge tou" actually suggests "bu hao".
What's more, the term "ni ge tou" is often used by people who are familiar with each other, friends, couples, parents and children, etc.

'ni de tou“is right,means"your head". in china we never say"ni ge tou"
ni de=your
"ni de"+ a noun means "your sth"
eg:ni de shubao.(你的书包)=your bag
"ni ge “ + a noun
we usually use it when we call someone names
eg:ni ge shazi=you are a fool

你 个 头 It's a Slang in some places . means no. "qu ni ge tou 去你个头"means don't go there .
If "ni ge zhu 你个猪" means you are a pig.
