If to a man "Заткнулся нахуй!" if to a woman "Заткнулась нахуй!"

shut up in italian is  "stai zitto!"  or just   "zitto!"... you can also say "taci!"  but is less colloquial.

тихо (=quiet!)
тсс! (=hush)
закрой рот (=close your mouth)
