it sounds okay.
But if you are asking someone else to open the window or close the window, you should use Please or May I?
请把窗户打开， 请把窗户关上

你可以说：把窗户关上！把窗户打开！，这是命令式的句子。相反则加“请”字。

我觉得在比较熟悉的人之间可以这样说，关键是你的语气是怎么样的。
如果是对不太熟悉的人可以说“可以把窗户关上（打开）吗？或者“你介意我把窗户开了（关了）吗？”，这样说会比较礼貌。
