Could somebody help me?
Here is the situation.
I have a homework which is due tomorrow. My friend ask me if I am coming to a party tonight.
So I wanna say
If I finish my homework early, I will go.
But if I am late in finishing homework I cannot go.
Is it correct?

Not bad, but better to say something like:
If I finish my homework early, I'll go, but if it takes me a while then I’m afraid I can’t.
Though simply saying - "If I finish my homework early, I'll go” - is actually sufficient. The additional explanation isn’t needed, but it does make it more polite.

That is correct. You could also say “If I finish my homework ON TIME, I will go.”
