To making it count
I was watching the movie, Titanic. And I saw a line which is TO MAKING IT COUNT after Jack said TO MAKE EACH DAY COUNT.
I wanan know why they don't say TO MAKE IT COUNT? What is the difference between these two?

In this scene of the movie, it's a toast. People often drink "to" something. "To health!" "To the king!" "To your new job!"
Jack has given a speech about the importance of making it (each day) count. Rose answers with a toast: "To making it count."
Yes, I had to verify this by finding the scene in a script of the movie.

It's a mistake. Was it a sub-title?
