How do you describe “没有付出,就没有收获” ?
Is there a phrase have the accurate meaning of “没有付出,就没有收获” ?
If it's literally translated, the meaning is “No pay out (or no struggle), no gain”
I've heard two versions of the translation:
1. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
2. No pain, no gain.
Which one is more correct literally? or more native? or there is a third solution?

Im not sure of the literal translation of 付出, but both sayings are correct, they mean the same thing. The second one is more common because it's shorter and lazier, the first one to me sounds a little bit more poetic.
