what is the correct form to say this..
I want to tell someone how much I aprreciate all she was done for me, is correct to say: you are a such supportive person to me or you are a supportive person

I would suggest - 'you have been so supportive' (the to me is unnecessary in this instance). Alternatively - I am very grateful for all the support you have given me.

You can either say:
1) You are a supportive person.
2) You are such a supportive person.
I hope that helps!

thank you

I think either will do, but to say "you are such" adds more emotion and meaning to it. I would go with the first one.
