They are not common to say, 'appreciate' (=be thankful and happy) is better, "I hope you appreciate what you have" :)

You need to add the word "to" after learn, or remove the word "learn" for a shortened sentence. "I hope you learn to value/cherish what you have" "I hope you value/cherish what you have" You can use either word value or cherish.
