The first one is perfectly correct, but rarely used The second is as most people speak, but to be strictly correct it should use 'which', as the number of possible answers is limited.

The first one sounds formal and a little stuffy. But it is not wrong. The second one sounds more natural and common.

The latter is correct. I have searched in Bing and there are many examples of the latter one. But you'd better ask a native speaker:)
