Is it weird to say these sentences?
I am a lazy person and hate the sense of fast heart beating. Therefore, I usually do as little exercise as possible.

Hi, the first sentence is a little weird to me. I would say "..and hate the feeling of my heart beating fast" However the second sentence is quite normal :)
