Except for or but in this sentence? Hi everyone, I have a collegue and need to describe our collaboration. Which sentence is correct? 1. I have no problem with her except for her English. 2. I have no problem with her but her English. Thank you!

The sentences need a bit more information to make clear what you mean, e.g. - I have no problem with her except that her English isn’t very good. I have no problem with her but her English isn’t all that great.

Only her English is problematic for me.
