Like with any languages, start with the basics: greetings / useful prases / numbers ... learn how to build basic sentences... memorize the patterns of how to conjugate the verbs in the different tenses... tagalog is a pretty tricky language, but if you really want to learn it, it's not impossible :] kung may mga tanong ka, puwede mo sa akin itanong kung gusto mo. tagalog language is just easy to learn it's quite similar for spanish languages if you want i can teach would you.. kumusta ka? it means how are you?

I agree with Madie too hahaha, i mean im not that great in tagalog myself, but what i started off with was the alphabet, and learning greetings... then i went to tenses and so on and started developing basic sentence structures, once u get the hang of it, it becomes really easy C:
