Conjugation you can look up on http://context.reverso.net but as a dictionary it's too messy in my opinion.
A good dictionary would be here: https://translate.academic.ru

HI, in the site -- 50languages.com you may find Arabic from Farsi.
There is a --phrasebook+grammar section; and a --words sections.
Then you can go and see
-- langmedia.fivecollege.edu/arabic
They also have --Arabic grammar lessons on their Youtube channel.
In general, the web offers much more than needed.
This becomes an "input" learning, which makes very little progress and few creativity.
Try an "output" learning instead:
- start playing with language: chat, write a story.
I enjoy a method that I call "The Method of the Businessman":
Imagine that you are a Businessman, going there the next month, to create your Business:
- how to describe your business idea with only 30 words?
- how to involve people in? how to make them enthusiast with your project?
You can do it!
First 30, then 100, then 1000 ...
ciao
