more neutral phrase is "Саша привлекательный юноша/мужчина"
and according to context you may use hundreds of russian words. If you speak about baby (Саша-такой милый малыш!), or "Саша такой красавец!"-for chatting with friends. There's a great variety ov words and intonations: your choice depends on your aims

It depends on what you mean by handsome: красивый (beautiful), симпатичный (nice), привлекательный (cute). I think in this sentence all these words can be used like synonyms for handsome.
