I recommend watching TV shows or movies in English. Try shows where they speak clearly. It's better if they have subtitles you can read in your language, but you should try even if they don't.

Practice, practice and practice. There is no shortcuts.

Hi! Well, when we really want to learn something, such as a language, we have to make an effort and study a lot. You will have to watch movies in English and listen to songs as well. Besides, one of the best ways is talking to yourself. If you still don't know, there are 5 skills and I do think that you have to find a way to practice all of them in order to get better. Therefore, if you truly intend to be fluent, you have to practice. Try to study English at least 1 hour of your day. I have to admit that, in my case, talking to myself helped me a lot. You should try it too! Also, watching TV series standing expressions out is a nice way to become fluent and, once their daily speech is a little informal, (depending on the situation) you will be able to understand English native speakers. Following these steps, you will become more confindent and, for sure, you will get better at listening and speaking (as you want). Keep studying! You will get there!

There are several ways, for example,to read some article and to try to discuss it with yourself, read everything you are interested in,and to find English speaking friends )for example, i began speaking English when i had finally found a friend whith whom i was talking every day by whatsapp)until that time i was only reading, doing different exercises and translating texts. My problem was speaking with people.
