Hi Etsuko
"Wrath" means someone's intense anger. It is commonly used to describe something or someone who causes intense anger in someone else.
To describe this meaning, we often use words such as "incur" or "invoke" with "wrath". "Invoke" means to cause a feeling in someone while "incur" means to be subjected to something unpleasant.
Collocations such as "invoke (someone's) wrath" and "incur (someone's) wrath" are often used. Do take note that "invoke" is used for spirits, Gods and so on.
Lastly, here are some sentences using these collocations with "wrath":
* He has a history of violence and it is not a good idea to incur his wrath (make him very angry).
* The elders put the blame squarely on the rest of the villagers for invoking the wrath of the Gods (making the Gods very angry), causing the poor harvests that year.
I hope this clears the air for you.

Wrath is a bit like anger or power. Its not a word that get used much. If for example a person breaks the law it could be said that they maybe subjected the full wrath of the courts.
