count means calculate something like man count his money but account it means that you have to consider something important

I am not sure I can give a quick and easy explanation, as there are many different uses of the terms count and account. Both have verb and noun forms, and the verbal forms have additional phrasal verbs. Here are 2 resources that may help. I believe in the example you give the first account would be the correct choice.
