Correct use of 'force' and 'enforce'?
He forced his son to be obedient like a dog.
He enforced his plan against the resistance of his boss.

Yes these are correct. To force somebody or something means using force to make them do something.
To enforce something - usually a law or other rule - means making sure that that law or rule is obeyed. Enforcement may or may not require the use of force - it depends on the rule, and on how obedient the people are. I wouldn't typically say that I had enforced a plan - a plan isn't a law or rule - I would say I have carried it out: your sentence would read better with this.
