Ich weiß nicht wie sagt man "Executive assistant" oder "Commercial assistant" auf Deutsch... Könnt ihr mir helfen? Danke!

Ich habe Aufgaben/Projekte direkt von Geschäftsführer bekommen, die ich dann eigenverantwortlich durchgeführt habe. Im prinzip ist mann/frau als Executive Assistant einfach ein "die linke Hand" des GF. He says that this means 'the left hand of the manager of a company'.
