The snow gives me a feeling of calm, is this correct?
Should I rewrite it like:
When I go to the snow this gives me a calm feeling .
Thank you

I would decide if it's seeing the snow or walking in the snow that makes you feel calm and then either write it based on that or keep it generic.
I find snow calming.
I find walking in the snow calming.
I find looking at the snow calming.
I find looking at snow *(on the trees/ground/hills) gives me a calm feeling.

The first is perfect. The second is incorrect- one doesn’t go to the snow. One can be surrounded by snow or be around snow and then one feels calm.
