what does this mean? 빨통 and 빨ㅌ
Is it an offensive term? If so, a slight hint would be appreciated. I'm just curious because I've heard and seen it recently but I don't know what it means. Thank you

빨 = suck
통 = tank
빨통 = boobs, tits (REALLY offensive/vulgar slang)

It's just a vulgar way to say woman's breasts particularly not-so-small ones.
Maybe I could translate it as 'tits' I guess?
