These are all adverbs, except for "lovely" which is an adjective.
To be clear, adverbs modify verbs, "You speak English well." "I write Arabic badly." "He walks normally." The adverb is modifying the verb: speak-well, write-badly, walks-normally
Whereas adjectives modify nouns, "This smells bad." "This tastes good." and "That looks lovely." The adjective is modifying the noun: this-bad, this-good, that-lovely.

I know that these words are supposed to be describing how the coffee tastes, meaning it should be an adverb, but in this case we use the adjective form. So, yes, lovely is correct. This link provides some examples of common verbs that take adjectives.

Only "lovely" can describe coffee (from the list you provided). "Lovely" is an adjective, so we can use it to describe a noun (like coffee). The other words are adverbs and can't be used here. However, we can use "This coffee tastes good / bad / normal".
I hope this helps!
