Can I say " twice faster" rather than " two times faster "
your laptop is two times faster than mine
your laptop is twice faster than mine

Expanding on the answer above a bit, you could say "twice as fast", but you would also have to change "than mine" to something else, probably "as mine".
"Your laptop is twice as fast as mine."

You could use the first, but the second one would be more like"Twice as fast"
