Hello friends, could you please tell me whether a bungalow equals to a ranch house(I wonder whether it is a question related to language learning, haha)?
Thanks a lot!

Bungalow is an Indian word commonly used in British English. India Asia not Indian Native American.
Ranch House is an American word. Where it originates from I am not sure, whether it commonly appears elsewhere in the world? I am not sure.
That's all the language related information required.
Both Nouns haha

Hi, I found this definition for you.
"Bungalows will also be detached homes with no garage. ... Ranch homes are typically rectangular in shape with a more elongated floor plan. The sleeping rooms are set further from the main living room area. There are typically more windows then there are in a bungalow and they are usually larger as well."
I hope it helps!

Ranch house is very american, so I'm not quite sure what it means. To a brit, bungalow is a small house with only one level (often associated with older people, because they buy them later on when and if they start to struggle to walk up stairs).
