What do you call a building where you keep corn? Hello! I am translating super complicated article about Ukraine in 1918. The thing is that at that time there were landowners that used to grow wheat in order to produce bread. At that time they even called political parties that way - Breadmakers Party. I'd like to ask you some questions. What do you call a building where you keep corn? What do you call a building where you keep hay for the horses and cows to eat in winter? Thank you very much!

Corn is usually kept in a corn crib - a wire enclosure in various shapes that allows the corn to stay dry on the husk. Hay is kept in a hayloft or also called a hay mow — it is sort of like the attic of a barn. The barn would also house the cows at night and when they’re being milked. For storage, some farms also use silos — tall cylindrical structures — to store grain.

Wheat and other cereal crops used for making bread are stored in a granary. Hayloft for hay. I have never heard of a corn crib, perhaps this is just for maze.
