Zum Beispiel nach einem schweren Unfall: Er lebt noch. Er ist noch am Leben.
Lebendig wuerde man eher so verwenden: Lebendig begraben.
Dieses Kind ist sehr lebendig (hat viel Energie und laeuft staendig herum).
