"be going to verb" VS "be going to be -ing"? For example, "I'm gonna start now" VS "I'm gonna be starting now", here, what's the difference between those? And, would there be any other differences if the example sentences are changed into something else?

My own usage is to use the 2nd form('be starting now') when the "starting process", whatever it is, has some time duration. ie. Not abrupt. I would tend to use the first ("going to start now") when the "starting process" is abrupt or the duration is not important to me.
