Interwoven is an adjective. - verb is interweave
It is not at all related to the other two.
From Cambridge Dictionary https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/interweave
to put together or combine two or more things so that they cannot be separated easily:
sample sentence: The author skillfully interweaves fiction and history in her novel.
Intervention and interference are nouns.
respective verbs are :intervene and interfere
Intervene --https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/intervene
to become involved intentionally in a difficult situation in order to change it or improve it, or prevent it from getting worse:
interfere -https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/interfere
to involve yourself in matters connected with other people without being asked or needed:
I suggest looking up words in a dictionary for English learners, either the Cambridge or the Longman.
They will both give you easy-to-understand definitions and good sample sentences.
