Is there difference between "continued" and continuous when they are used as adjectives.
I know they can both describe a movement without interruption. But is there any difference?

There is a slight nuance difference actually.
"continued" is on going but could still have breaks within the total time.
---> "he asked for their continued support" (they aren't supporting him 24/7 obviously)
"continuous" is on going and usually has no breaks.
---> "There are continuous benefits to this service"
I would also like to say that "continue" is more commonly used as a verb though.
