“Ain’t he fine?” hi therer whats meaning of "my,my" and"aint he fine" in this sentence? “My, my, my,” said the guy who was playing the Motorcycle Boy. “Ain’t he fine?” The Motorcycle Boy was winning. He walked around the table, measuring his shot. In the dim smoky light he looked like a painting.

“My, my” is more like “wow” or a lighter version of “oh my god”. “Ain’t he fine?” means literally “isn’t he fine/great/good?”

‘My, my’- in this sense is equivalent to ‘wow’ ‘Ain’t he fine’ means ‘Isn’t he gorgeous/ handsome/ good looking/ attractive?

Shan is correct; here, "fine" does not mean "good." It is slang for "attractive," as in this claasic song: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rinz9Avvq6A
