Hi Caner, I assume you would like to tell about someone´s duties at work. I would suggest to express in the way: He is responsible for controlling the vehicle traffic. OR His duty is to control the vehicle traffic. I do not really understnad what is human traffic then... Hope I helped a bit Take care
