Which one is more nature?
Situation: I want to ask my child to get dressed.
Put on your clothes.
Get yourself into the clothes.
is there anything better way to say this ?

Which one is more _natural_?
You are telling them, not asking using those sentences though.
I would say "Put your clothes on", rather than your original order.
"Get yourself into the clothes" isn't very natural.
You can say "get dressed", which is probably the simplest, and most common.
