'Just now' can refer to the very recent past e.g. "You told me just now that you wanted to leave" = a few moments ago.
'Right now' cannot be used with this meaning.

'Just now' always implies the past.... even if it is the immediate past.
'Right now' always refers to the immediate present, even if it may refer to something that hasn't happened yet.
